Dr. Seyed AliMohammad Mousavi, D-8 Secretary-General, called on Mr. Veysi Kaynak, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey on 27 June 2016 at the latter’s office in Ankara. 

 

Dr. Mousavi informed the Deputy Prime Minister about the latest developments taking place within the D-8 Organization and conveyed that the D-8 Secretariat was working hard to implement the vision set by leaders of the D-8 Organization. He sought his support and guidance in furthering the common agenda to consolidate the partnership and close cooperation among the D-8 Member States.

Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Kaynak thanked Secretary-General for the updates and assured him of the support and said that Turkey as one of the founding members of the Organization remained committed and active in furthering the vision and objectives of the D-8 Organization.
