Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, will pay an official visit to Turkey at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on July 24-27, 2019.

All aspects of the bilateral relations between Turkey and Malaysia, defense industry in particular, will be reviewed during the talks and possible steps for the strengthening of cooperation will be discussed.

Views on regional and international issues, which are of close interest to Turkey and Malaysia, will be exchanged.

The visiting Prime Minister also plans on holding various talks in Ankara and Istanbul as well as meeting with representatives from the Turkish business world.
