A seasoned career diplomat, Mr. Mustafa Ozcan began his career at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkiye in 1994 then joined the Foreign Service of the Republic of Turkiye in 1998. Over the years, he has held various significant positions both domestically and internationally.

Among key positions, he was the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Belarus, Consul/Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkiye in Hamburg and Deputy Director General in the Directorate General for Research and Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ankara, Turkiye. He  also served as First Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Dublin.

Mr. Ozcan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Istanbul University.
